Work Experience Program
It’s an 18 month program designed for youth aged 15 and over. The program is designed to provide upkeep and maintaining real estate property eg; Landscaping, painting, general labour and trades.
Mentorship
Each youth will have access to a mentor that will provide general guidance and direction in different areas of life.
Educational Workshops
The RSG Foundation will host quarterly educational workshops that are designed for every youth to come together in an informal setting that will allow them to discuss topics such as; lifestyle skills, building relationships, financial literacy and mental and emotional health.
Motivational Speaking
Robert ‘Spider’ Gaines, CEO and founder of the RSG Foundation is a nationally known athlete and motivational speaker. Robert uses his life journey and experience to show his listening audience that overcoming barriers is possible.
